We recently stayed at a hotel in the mountains and had a great time. The location was stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views and beautiful scenery. The food was also a highlight, with a great selection and delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly loved that they went above and beyond to make sure our daughters had a great time, and even remembered their names!
While we had a great experience overall, there were a few things we didn't love about the hotel. The room we stayed in had carpet, which wasn't our favorite feature.

The hotel had a great location, providing easy access to nearby attractions and breathtaking views. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere to relax in. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. the food was delicious, and the breakfast spread was impressive. the hotel had excellent facilities, such as a swimming pool and spa, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.
The carpet in the room, which could have been of better quality.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Panchia! The best aspects were the superb cleanliness, wonderful hotel facilities, convenient parking, and easy transportation options. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and provided excellent support throughout our stay. Our daughters had a fantastic time and already miss the kind people there.
Can't fault anything about it.

We had the best Christmas holiday ever! We enjoyed skiing and had a lot of fun playing games in the snow. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the slopes and the town center. We loved the delicious food too! We were also impressed by the friendly staff. They were always available to help and even organized a special activity program for the kids.
Although we had a fantastic time, we found the carpet in the room a bit outdated. we would definitely come back to this hotel for its great value, location, and friendly staff.
